Solrac Notary Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and strive to remain flexible while ensuring fair compensation for our time and services. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance

  • No cancellation fee will be charged if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to half the travel fee will apply. This helps cover travel costs and scheduling disruptions.

Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows

  • For cancellations made within hours of the scheduled time, or if you are unavailable at the agreed location, the full travel fee will be charged.

Rescheduling

  • You must call at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Cancellation fees will be waived for timely rescheduling.

Emergency or Extenuating Circumstances

  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us promptly. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
