We understand that plans can change and strive to remain flexible while ensuring fair compensation for our time and services. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance

No cancellation fee will be charged if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to half the travel fee will apply. This helps cover travel costs and scheduling disruptions.

Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows

For cancellations made within hours of the scheduled time, or if you are unavailable at the agreed location, the full travel fee will be charged.

Rescheduling

You must call at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Cancellation fees will be waived for timely rescheduling.

Emergency or Extenuating Circumstances

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us promptly. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
